I love bread. My daughter loves bread. The Husband loves bread. Make it a sweet bread and we are head over heels! In honor of my children and The Husband’s Irish “roots” I whipped up an Irish soda bread that I decided to turn into a bit of a sweet treat. It turned out great. This bread would be wonderful with a cup of coffee for dessert or in the morning with your breakfast yogurt.
