Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F
  2. Grease either a loaf pan or round spring form pan
  3. Combine the yogurt and water and set aside
  4. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda
  5. Cut in the cold butter until it becomes crumbly
  6. Add the yogurt/water mixture and stir to moisten
  7. Turn onto floured surface and knead 10 times
  8. Place in prepared pan and sprinkle with courses salt
  9. Bake for approx. 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean
  10. Enjoy!!
