Irish Soda Bread Mix With Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 c. Dry currants
- 1 c. Light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr SODA BREAD:
- 1 pkt Bread mix
- 1/4 c. Butter, softened
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Buttermilk
Directions
- Mix: Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
- Irish Soda Bread: Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9" springform pan. Cut butter into mix. Add in Large eggs and buttermilk, stir till smooth. Pour into pan and bake 45 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot.
