Sweet and Sour Crabs

Sweet and Sour Crabs by Cindy

This sweet sour crabs were so delicious, we ate it with toasted bread, so yummy :) But the sauce seems not enough for us, next time I'll double up the sauce. I used grated garlic and ginger, cause I wanted the gravy to be smooth, I don't like to bite the chopped garlic and ginger.

Post-Bikram Mango Delight by Kimberley Owen

I made this yesterday for breakfast after a very intensive Bikram session. The delicious ripe mango, coconut and nuts with the fresh hint of mint was so cooling and satisfying. I think I'll be eating this fairly regularly over the Summer!

This recipe is also cooked with my newly acquired Happy Call Ocher Pan. Non-HCP user can also use…

Honey Bun Cake by Annette W.
