BBQ Chicken and Turkey Dry Rub Recipe
This recipe is for grilling, roasting, or the rotisserie.
If you are cooking on the grill, use indirect heat until near the end (brown sugar will easily burn).

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs. chile powder
- 2 tbs. Hungarian paprika
- 1 tbs. cumin
- 1 tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tbs. dry sage
- 1/2 tbs. onion powder
- 2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, Colman's dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Directions
- Combine ingredients. Will be enough rub for 2-3 chickens or 1 medium turkey.
