About me
I love to cook simple but tasty dishes but like to explore new food as well. Currrently I'm exploring Japanese and Korean dishes but my food interest is not limited there. I have also been making bentos for the past 3 years which is another food passion for me.
Cooking Influences
My cooking influences were my mother, grandmother and my cousin. They were all great cooks and their food always made you feel at home. My dad has also had an influence on my cooking. Growing up I was like a lot of other typical kids and did not like eating vegetables but because of him and his cooking my daughter did not end up the same way. She loves a variety of foods and is willing to try a lot of new ones. I guess the last person who has been an influence on my cooking is my daughter. She is always there to give an honest opinion to me on my cooking.
