Brett & Bart's favorite spaghetti by jeanne templemanThis is an old Italian recipe that I've been cooking for 30 years, and my boys and husband all love it. I got this from my good friend and extraordinary cook Jeannie Puente. The trick for the old Italian flavor is that you cook it for 2 days in a crockpot. I don't leave it on at night for safety. Delicious! |

Stuffed Pasta Shells w Tomato Sauce by jason kimI have been waiting a while to make these spinach filled pasta shells, but it sadly didn't turn out the way I envisioned. Cheesy Vegetable Lasagna by Beth RoanThis is the best meal I have found to hide vegetables. You can use any raw vegetable you want. I prefer zucchini but you could use squash, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers.....So far my girls believe me when they ask "what is this green stuff???" I tell them it's just spices. |
