Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in shallow pan and marinate salmon steaks for at least 30 min. If broiling steaks, place on rack 6 inches from heat source. Broil 5 min. Baste with marinade, turn, broil 4 to 5 min more. If using outdoor grill, brush grill with oil so steaks do not stick and broil 4 to 6 min a side, using marinade to baste. Serves 4.
