Ingredients
- 2 lbs. salmon steaks, 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp. grnd ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd black pepper

Marinated Barbecued Salmon
Servings: 8
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in shallow pan and marinate salmon steaks for at least 30 min. If broiling steaks, place on rack 6 inches from heat source. Broil 5 min. Baste with marinade, turn, broil 4 to 5 min more. If using outdoor grill, brush grill with oil so steaks do not stick and broil 4 to 6 min a side, using marinade to baste. Serves 4.
