This year for the first time I made Tea Masala at home luckily I had all the ingredients required in hand. A dash of Tea Masala can be used in cinnamon rolls, pumpkin pie, trifles or pumpkin cake, instead of opening different jars of spices it is always easy to add a teaspoon of Tea Masala.

Directions

  1. In a dry grinder powder cardamom, cloves and peppercorns. While grinding if few green shreds of cardamom remain intact, it is absolutely fine.
  2. Mix in all the ingredients until combined well.
  3. Store in clean and dry container at room temperature.
  4. Feel free to experiment with the proportions depending on the flavors you like most.

I love having an assortment of spice blends in my pantry. They make for quicker preparation of meals/desserts. Thanks for sharing this one, it looks like something I'd like.
