Baked, Not Fried Zucchini and Fat Free RanchI was looking for a healthier alternative to fried zucchini but couldn't find any. So I adapted a recipe for oven fries and transferred the idea to zucchini. It turned out to be better tasting than fried zucchini in my opinion! |
