  1. For cake
  2. Add sugar and coke into a pan.
  3. Simmer until you get a thick syrup; reduced to half the portion.
  4. Remove from heat, add butter and stir slowly to dissolve it.
  5. Let the mixture cool down.
  6. Sift flour, soda and baking powder. Gently fold in followed by whisked eggs.
  7. Tip cake mixture into a greased baking pan.
  8. Bake at 175c for 40 Min's or until cake is done.
  9. For glazing.
  10. Simmer coke and sugar, again to obtain a thick syrup.
  11. Pour over the cake while its still warm.
  12. Let the cake cool down before cutting in shapes you prefer.
