  • 1 sm Instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 c. Cool skim lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce Nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 12 x Reduced-fat graham crackers
  • 2 lrg Hard bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and lowfat milk on low speed for 2 min.
  2. Mix in lowfat sour cream. Let stand for 5 min. In a 3-quart. bowl, layer a third of the gra ham crackers, bananas and pudding mix ture. Repeat layers twice.
  3. Chill.
