Hala Kahiki Chili - Pineapple ChiliHala Kahiki means Pineapple, this is a tropical pineapple chili. It's a nice change from regular chili. It sweet and tangy. My son still eats it with tortilla chips but King's Hawaiian sweet rolls are nice with this recipe. |

Cous Cous SaladI love Cous-Cous and this salad is a nice change from cous- cous as a side dish. Its great cold or room temp. I used to make it with a white wine vinaigrette, but it doesn't need it. So now I just offer some raspberry vinaigrette on the side for those who want it but most people eat it plain. I will include the vinaigrette recipe… |

Stuffed Pepper SoupWe love this soup served with a little grated white cheddar on top and some good crusty bread! Even my 6yr old loves this soup, he likes to scoop it with tortilla chips. Using frozen peppers speeds up time prep time. This tastes even better the next day. |
