  • 3 C cooked stove top stuffing
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 C shredded sheese
  • bacon bits

Directions

  1. Make stuffing as directed on package.
  2. Grease muffin tin with Pam.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Press 1/4 cup or less of stuffing in bottom/side of each muffin tin.
  5. Whisk together eggs.
  6. Add egg to muffin tin.
  7. Top with bacon bits and chesse.
  8. Bake for 20 mins.
  9. Serve warm.
