I picked strawberries this weekend and ended up with two big flats of them. My mind was reeling with the endless possibilities of what to make after I had eaten my fill of just plain wonderful strawberries. I decided that the first thing I was going to make was a quick batch of ice cream and this particular recipe was so easy and you don’t need an ice cream freezer just frozen fruit and a food processor and you are good to go!

Directions

  1. Place the fruit in a food processor and begin to puree. Once the fruit has been completely chopped up and has started to form the “ice cream” pour in the creamer and continue to blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings (approximately 1 cup each).
