Sourcream Cheesecake Tart Recipe
Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 2 ½ cups Special K Cereal – Oats and Honey (or your favorite cereal)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For the cheese cake:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ cup cool whip
- Frozen blueberries or your favorite frozen fruit
Directions
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Place in a food processor the butter and the cereal and process until crumbs form. Press this into a 9 x 2 inch tart pan.
- In a mix-master place all of the ingredients for the cheese cake and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Place the cheese batter into the prepared tart pan and place in the oven.
- Bake 30 -35 minutes.
- Serve with fruit and cream.
