  1. Cut bananas into chunks
  2. add both brown and white sugars
  3. Add butter
  4. place in a roasting pan and bake at 400 degrees till brown
  5. turn only once
  6. Remove from oven and place in a medium size bowl ,add all other ingredients ,puree in a food processor till smooth
  7. Remove and place in the fridge till chilled
  8. When chilled place into your Ice cream machine and follow your manufacturers directions..To serve scoop into chilled bowls add some Toasted Coconut and Enjoy
