Pickled Green Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 quart. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- Pickling spices to taste
- Sm. green tomatoes, cut in chunks or possibly slices
- 2 quart. water
- 1/2 c. coarse salt
- Dill to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in large glass or possibly ceramic container with cover. Add in washed green tomatoes to mix and leave for a full 6 weeks.
