Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pound hamburger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. freshly made bread crumbs
- 1 minced onion
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 Large eggs
- Catsup to cover meatloaf
Directions
- Mix all ingredients with hands.
- Blend it well.
- Cover with catsup.
- Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
