  • 3-4 Cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh/or 1 Tbsp dry Dill (I also put extra dill, but adjust to your taste)
  • 4-5 Tbsp Fat- Free Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper TT

Directions

  1. 1. Remove skin from Cucumbers (Potato Peeler)
  2. 2. Thinly slice (NOTE: do not dice) Cucumbers
  3. 3. Combine dill, vinegar, sour cream
  4. 4. Mix in Cucumbers
  5. 5. Add S/P TT
