Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the larger Brussels sprouts into quarters; halve the smaller ones.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl.
  4. Place the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and garlic in another bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour over Brussels Sprouts. Toss to coat.
  6. Dump Brussels Sprouts on a baking sheet.
  7. Spread out on the pan.
  8. Transfer to the oven and roast for 35 minutes.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately.
