Dry Rub Hot Wings by Malcom ReedThis is my favorite hot wing recipes. You can use either fresh or frozen wing sections or whole wings. If the wings are frozen, thaw the wings overnight in the fridge. A good tip here is to leave the wings in their original bag but place them in a large bowl because they will leak. |

Texas Chuck Wagon Chili (with Venison or Beef) by Amos MillerI originally made this with chuck roasts that I would trim out and dice into 1/4 inch cubes. Yes, you will form a blister or two - but it is well worth it. In 1987, this chili, I'm pleased to say, was judged best by members of the Chicago Fire Department in a Chicago Chili Cookoff. Green salsas or Salsa verde are made using Tomatillos ( a small green tomato that's wrapped in a husk) , fresh green chili (either fresh Jalapenos or Seranos), cilantro, onion. This salsa is a substitute for the traditional salsa verde, because I have never seen tomatillos here and… |

3 Ingredient Smoked Ham by Patti FisherWe had a request for an extra easy ham dinner. So, we made a ham with just three ingredients including the ham! It was extra simple and extra delicious. The sweet comes from brown sugar. The spicy comes from the mustard. Ken prefers the horseradish or jalapeno mustard, Patti likes the spicy brown or Dijon. Patti and I have set one… |

Buffalo Chicken Rolls by WalkerWell, the SuperBowl is a couple of weeks away and it is time to start planning all the snacks for the big game. It seems every year someone wants buffalo wings and somebody else wants egg rolls. So this year I am thinking, "Why not combine the two?" That's right, I am talking about Buffalo Chicken Rolls. |

Extra Crispy Baked French Fries by jason kimWe experimented with things overdue (but still edible of course) in our pantry when deciding what to give the kids for their afternoon snack. Upon finding a large bag of potatoes and panko bread crumbs, we thought something in the form of french fries would work with this combination. We usually use the bread crumbs when making… |
