Chocolate Angel Food Cake Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 2 T water
- 4 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 T sugar
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips or possibly 8 ounce sweet chocolate
- 1 c. whipped cream or possibly Dream Whip
Directions
- Heat chocolate in double boiler. Add in water, sugar and egg yolks, gradually beating thoroughly (cool). Mix in 4 beaten egg whites and cream that has been whipped. Cut angel food in bite sized pcs. Place a layer in well buttered pan, 9"x13". Alternate cake and chocolate mix; be sure to cover top of cake evenly. Cut into squares and garnish with whipped cream and red cherry. Refrigerate in refrigerator for 24 hrs.Serves 12.
