Ingredients
- 2 c. white meat of chicken, cooked and diced
- 2 med. apples, diced
- 1/4 c. minced almonds
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 c. pineapple chunks, liquid removed
Directions
- Toss all ingredients together. Spoon individual portions onto salad greens. Yield: 6 servings.
