Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 c. red grapes
  • 2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. apple wedges
  • 1/4 c. Fruit Salad Dressing

Directions

  1. Cut chicken in bite size pcs. Cut grapes and remove seeds. Drain pineapple chunks.
  2. Combine all ingredients except dressing, add in at serving time.
  3. Dressing: Mix sugar and flour in top of double boiler. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook over warm (not boiling) water, stirring constantly till mix is thick and clear. Cold.
