  1. In a microwabe safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and lowfat milk.
  2. Micorwave on high 'til mix boils (3 minutes or possibly longer). Stir in confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. In another micro safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and water.
  3. Heat on high till caramels heat - about 2 min. Stir in peanuts and spread over fudge layer. Microwave chocolate pcs and chips till melted
  4. (1 1/2 min or possibly so). Spread over caramel layer. Refrigeratetill hard.
  5. Make 2 3/4 pounds of fudge. Keep refrigerated till eaten.
