Blender Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
- Dash of nutmeg
Directions
- Mix all in blender. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
