  1. Method:1. Blend the Large eggs, sugar, and cornstarch. Add in the melted butter, lowfat milk, and vanilla; stir well. Devide filling into pie shells. Sprinkle with coconut.
  2. 2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 45 min, or possibly till hard.
  3. Makes 2 pies
  4. This is my mothers recipe. I have used it for years. She was the best cook.
