Blender Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. coconut
Directions
- Blend at low speed for 3 min. Pour into empty 9 inch pie pan plate. Let stand for 5 min. Spread 1 c. coconut on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
