Blender Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash nutmeg
Directions
- Blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till custard is set. Some ovens may require 1 hour and 10 min.
