Interior/Jewelry/Web designer/consultant...by profession, a busy mom of 2, 4&6.. learned over the years is that there's no way to be a perfect mother, but a million ways to be a good one...My Experiments with cooking started much earlier in life aspiring from my mom and dad whom I consider the best cook in this world also my mentors to direct me to "the right way of cooking/eating healthy and presenting with whatever ingredients available at home, YES PRESENTING: Plating and food presentation play a huge role in how we experience food specially when we have "small kids"and we always want them to choose "the" right & healthy options..This blog and my e-recipes is just a small effort to salute & thank them. "All that I am or ever hope to be, I owe to my Parents".
Adding more, I am not a dietician/ nutritionist, this blog is just a reflection of what I cook,learn and explore everyday in kitchen..be it breakfast/dinner..you will find the most interesting "Know What You Eat" section, healthy vegetarian,gluten-free/whole-grains/egg-less/diabetic & kid friendly,vegan,low-fat/sugar-free/fusion BUDGET FRIENDLY cooking recipes,365 days 24/7 all cooked, tested and photographed my me. ... I hope to share with you the feelings of excitement and experiments that I go through everyday bringing the best & healthy I could for my family. So when my kids grow up they have all home-cooked food recipes on their fingertips.
