Wild Rice And Artichoke Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. long grain and wild rice
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 c. frzn peas
- 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Cook rice according to package. Cool. Put together with rest of ingredients. Mix well. Serves 6 people.
