"Verble's" Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 8 Large eggs
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 gallon lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 pkg. marshmallows (5 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. cocoa
Directions
- Mix sugar, cocoa, Large eggs, salt, marshmallows, and 1/2 gallon of lowfat milk in a large pan. Heat on stove till it starts to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and add in the vanilla. Pour through a strainer into ice cream freezer. Add in remaining lowfat milk to freezer mark on the can. It's now ready to freezer or possibly it can be refrigerated till ready to freeze.
