Family Tradition passed down from generation to generation. The Best stuffing I have ever had. I dont like bread stuffing, but this is to die for! It calls for a 20 lb Turkey but we never stuff the bird with this. Try is once and you will never go back.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Mozzerella (cut into small cubes)
  • 4 Pounds of Chop meat ( We use ground Pork) Tastes better. Sauteed.
  • 2/4 to 1 pound of Rice (cooked)
  • About 2 cups of grated Parm ( I prefur Loccatelli-Romano) It has a stronger flavor but any will do.
  • 2 cups of mushrooms chop stems fine.
  • 2 Onions Chopped fine.
  • Pignolis ( I prefer whole. you can chop)
  • About 2 Cups of Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh Broccolli

Directions

  1. Sautee Meat till browned.
  2. Cook rice
  3. Sautee Chopped Mushrooms and Onions in Olive Oil,
  4. Mix all ingredients in LARGE mixing bowl.
  5. Place in a Pan and Bake till top os golden brown and bubbling.
