  • 4-6 c. cooked turkey
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 c. toasted bread cubes
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (original recipe), 1 ounce. size
  • 4-5 ribs celery, minced
  • 2 c. reduce calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the almonds, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 min in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with almonds and bake 15 min longer. Serves 12.
