Texas Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb package frzn hash brown potatoes cubed
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 c. diced onions or possibly 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1Â 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions
- Mix all together. Put in greased 9x13 baking dish and bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
- NOTES : This is one of my family's favorite recipes for the holidays.
