Directions

  1. Rinse and pat meat dry. Sprinkle with seasonings. Roast in 350 degree oven for 2 hrs. Remove and allow to stand 15 min before carving. Remove roast from pan. Mix cornstarch with water. Add in to pan drippings. Return to oven for 10 min. Makes 10 to 15 servings. Carrots, onions, and potatoes may be added to roasting pan last 30 min.
