Directions

  1. -Boils eggs for 13 minutes
  2. -Let stand for 15 minutes, or run uner cold water for 5 minutes
  3. -Crack shells (I find that rolling the egg once cracked is easier)
  4. -Dry each egg in a paper towel and set aside
  5. -Then cut all eggs into halves
  6. -Spoon out the yolks, carefully to avoid breakage
  7. -Smash yolks with large fork in a bowl
  8. -Add all the seasonings and ingredients and mix well
  9. If preferred add a tiny dash of vinegar
  10. -Once mixed, spoon mixture into egg halves. I use a little trick a friend taught me, which is to fill a ziploc bag with the mixture and cut off one of the corners and use it to squeeze the mix into the egg halves for a better look.
  11. -Sprinkle the tops with paprika and/or cayenne
  12. -Chill overnight
