Sour Cream Cold Slaw Recipe

- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
Directions
- Blend lowfat sour cream, seasonings and vinegar. Pour over cabbage and onion. Mix well.
