Smore Bar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (7 ounce.) lowfat milk chocolate bar, melted
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in combined flour and crumbs, mix well. Press onto bottom of greased 9-inch square pan. Bake 15 to 18 min or possibly till golden. Spread chocolate over crust. Top with marshmallows. Broil 4 inches from heat source 1 to 2 min or possibly till marshmallows are lightly browned. Cold, cut into bars.
