This bright dish adds a summery flavor to the shrimp. We really enjoyed this dish and it's now one of our weekly seafood dishes.

Directions

  1. Stir the lime juice, cilantro, kiwi, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
  2. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic and some of the cilantro. Saute until cooked all the way through.
  3. Serve immediately with the relish on top.
  4. Enjoy!
