Shrimp Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. ring macaroni
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/4 med. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. pimentos, minced (optional)
- 1 c. shrimp, washed and liquid removed
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. French dressing
Directions
- Cook macaroni, drain and chill. Add in celery, onions, green pepper, pimento, shrimp, Large eggs and paprika. Mix mayonnaise and French dressing together. Mix all together.
