  • 1 c. cooked shrimp
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk or possibly sherry
  • 1 ripe avocado

Directions

  1. Mix shrimp, soup, curry and lowfat milk/wine in pan. Heat till bubbly. Just before serving peel and slice avocado. Stir into mix. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
