Pork Roast Marinade Recipe
this is a very simple Marinade taste is really good and also works well on chicken (the other white meat lol)
Ingredients
- ½ c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. ginger
- ¼ c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp.mustard (dry)
- 2 tbsp. molasses 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large Ziploc bag marinade meat over night
