Pineapple Banana Nut Bread Recipe

- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. mashed bananas (ripe)
- 1 (8 ounce.) can pineapple, crushed & liquid removed
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs, beaten well
- 1 1/2 c. oil

- (Pineapple makes bread moist and gives different flavor.)
