Picnic Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. potatoes
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
Directions
- Cook potatoes in skins till tender. Peel and cube. Add in celery and onions; sprinkle with salt.
