Ingredients
- 5 med. onions
- 3 c. celery, diced
- 10 lbs. potatoes, cubed
- 3 c. minced pickles
- 3 c. green peppers
- 121 Large eggs, boiled, minced
- 5 tbsp. mustard
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- Pickle vinegar to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together; add in to potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
