Ingredients
5 med. onions
3 c. celery, diced
10 lbs. potatoes, cubed
3 c. minced pickles
3 c. green peppers
121 Large eggs, boiled, minced
5 tbsp. mustard
1 pt. mayonnaise
Pickle vinegar to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together; add in to potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
