Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bananas by Kristy O'ConnorI found a similar off of a Pinterest post. It looked so easy on the post, but it proved to be way more difficult trying it for the first time. I think the key really is the thickness of the chocolate, and mine was too thick… I know too much chocolate, NO WAY… but I think in this case, less is more. To view this recipe in more… |

White Dry Rub by John GreenlerI was using my red rub for all meats. It was good but thought the beef needed to treated differantly. I came up with this rub for my red meats. Now I still use my red rub on Brisket but that is the exception. We have also found this to be a great inplace of salt and pepper on your table. |

Tzatziki by Chef SmithTzatziki is traditionally served as an appetizer and can be left on the table as an accompaniment to foods throughout the meal. The key to great tzatziki is the thick creamy texture that allows it to be eaten alone, as a dip, as a spread, and as a condiment. |

Thai pickled beans or asparagus by Mama_BI pickled green beans this way last year and we're still enjoying them now. Thai basil is relatively easy to find now, and is wonderful to grow. These pickles make great stir-sticks in savoury cocktails like Bloody Marys or Bloody Casears. Pickle crisp, while not necessary, is helpful in keeping the veggies from getting soft. |
